Data Protection

In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "LOPD"), we inform you that the personal data provided by the User (hereinafter "the Data") will be incorporated into a file registered with the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, whose data controller and owner is ENGEL NOVA HORIZONS S.L.U. (hereinafter "Nova Engel"), a Spanish entity with registered address at C/ Asipo, 4, 07011 Palma, Illes Balears, Tax ID (CIF): B57954422, registered with the Companies Registry of Mallorca, Page 177, Volume 2652, Sheet PM-78415.

This file will be processed by Nova Engel in order to fulfill the obligations undertaken by Nova Engel with the User. Nova Engel will collect the Data through the relevant forms, which will contain the fields essential to provide the service requested by the User. Answering the questions posed to the User in the forms is optional; however, failure to answer them will make it impossible to access the services that require them.

The Data will be processed with an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, taking the necessary security measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access by third parties who might use it for purposes other than those for which it was requested from the User.

The User may exercise their rights of objection, access, rectification and cancellation, in accordance with the LOPD, by email to ecommerce@novaengel.com, by phone at +34 971 756 727, or by post to the address indicated above.

By answering the questions posed in the forms and submitting them, the User expressly authorizes Nova Engel to: i) send information and commercial communications of interest relating to the perfumery, cosmetics, beauty and personal care sectors; and ii) transfer the Data to the following companies: ENGEL, S.L., ALEXCO SION S.L., GESTORA GEPA, S.L., in order to enable Nova Engel to fulfill its obligations to the User and to send the aforementioned commercial communications. The User may, at any time, object to this type of processing and withdraw the consent given for it, by email to ecommerce@novaengel.com, or by post to the address indicated above.
